As per your report, the industry has increased the production of agricultural implements from 45000 to 60000. But the industry has applied for varied CTO under the Air Act 1981 only. Kindly advise the industry to apply for varied CTO under the Water Act,1974 and authorization under the HWM Rules, 2016.
Further, incorporate the following points in your report –
1. Source of air & water pollution along with pollution control devices already installed by the industry and after expansion.
2. Analysis result of latest Water & Air sampling carried out by the Board.
3. Record of operation of ETP/APCD w.r.t energy meters & water meters.
4. Change in pollution load
5. Any other information w.r.t expansion.
