>>It is submitted that The industry was granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/MKS/2019/10096679 dated 18.06.2019 & CTOA/Renewal/MKS/2019/10096505 dt. 18.06.2019, valid upto 30.09.2024 for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity Raw Rice @ 2 TPH with dryer, subject to the conditions mentioned therein
>>Now, the industry has applied for varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS for operation of rice sheller unit to produce Raw rice / sorted rice @ 2 TPH with dryer (same production capacity) with addition of 1 no. dryer under orange category.
>> The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 12.06.2024 and observed that the industry has yet not installed second dryer at the site of rice sheller unit which was earlier inadvertently reported as two dryers installed.
>>If approved present application of the industry may be returned with request to apply for CTE for expansion and SCN may be issued to the industry for revocation/cancellation of CTO please |
