Sir, the reply to the clarification raised by ZO is as under:................................
1. The industry has submitted undertaking attached with the online application that the unit was commissioned in 2007-08 and there is no change in land area & production capacity of the unit form 2007-08. The increase in the fixed assets is due to repair of building / to improve the quality of product. There is no increase in production capacity and operating the unit at same capacity i.e. Insecticide / Herbicide & Pesticide @ 5 TPD. (Attached)...............................
2. The industry has submitted copy of Jmabandi attached with online application having total land area 3 Kanal 7 Marla bearing Khasra No. 4873 min (3-7) in revenue estate of village Panjgrain, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot to the name of Sh. Sohan Singh, Proprietor. (Attached).................................
3. The industry has submitted undertaking in this regard that the unit is being operated from 2007-08. The industry has submitted copy authorization letter no. 425 dated 10.01.2007 issued by Directorate of Agriculture, Punjab to the name of industry. Also, the industry was submitted copy of certificate of registration vide dated 04.05.2007 issued by Govt. of India (Ministry of Agriculture). Both as proof of commissioning of industry in 2007-08. The industry has deposited consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 form 2007-08 to 30.06.2029.................................
4. The industry has installed 02 no. force evaporation pans with heater in its premises of size 1.5 m x 1 m x 0.3 m each, for the evaporation of the effluent arising from lab section........................
