The application has been examined and found as under:-
1. The marriage palace has not submitted the proof regarding its date of commissioning to ascertain the adequacy of consent fees.
2. Whether the marriage palace has undergone any expansion w.r.t. land area after obtaining NOC of the Board in the year 2006………….
3. Whether the marriage palace has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent generated from the sanitary section and also comment regarding the measures adopted to treat the wastewater generated from the kitchen section.
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to further conclude the application. |
