CTE/Fresh/NWS/2023/21462080 dated 05.04.2023 valid upto 04.04.2024 for manufacturing of Raw Rice @2.5TPH, Rice Bran @0.5TPH, Rice Husk @0.5TPH, Phuck @0.2TPH, Shortage @0.3TPH from paddy 4 TPH along with one dryer and one shelleing section with cyclone separator.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted CA Certificate, completion certificate of APCD.
The industry has deposited Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. N095242969897936 dated 04.04.2024 and Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. N095242969893673 dated 04.04.2024 under the both Acts. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for the period upto 30.09.2029.
Accordingly, the industry was visited by officer of this office on 26.06.2024 and observed that the industry was not in operation due to off season. The industry has installed 01 no. Shellering Section along with cyclone separator and 01 dryer along with cyclone separator. The industry has provided septric for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from its premises. The industry has provided plantation for the utilization of the treated effluent generated from its premises.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the period upto 30.09.2025 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that :
1) The industry shall submitt the stack emission analysis report from Board's Lab in the coming next paddy season.
2) The indsutrtry shall not make any expansion without prior permission of the Board.
