In reference to clarification raised by the Competent Authority, the pointwise reply is as follows:
1. The marriage palace has submitted copy of first bill no. 01 dated 07.04.2007 of function organised in the marriage palace. Moreover, consent fee deposited by the marriage palace is calculated from said time period, which is adequate upto 30.09.2029 under both under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
2. The marriage palace has submitted an undertaking, relevant part of which is reproduced as under:
"ਮੈਂ, ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਨੱਥੂਵਾਲਾ ਜਦੀਦ ਦਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਫੁਲਕਾਰੀ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਨੱਥੂਵਾਲਾ ਜਦੀਦ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ 15 ਕਨਾਲ 6 ਮਰਲੇ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵਧਾਈ ਘਟਾਈ ਨਹੀ ਗਈ। ਜੋ ਇਹ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਉਤਨੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ।".
3. The marriage palace has provided septic tank for the disposal of waste water generated from sanitary section and oil & grease traps has been provided to treat the waste water generated from kitchen section and further disposed off onto land for plantation of area approx. 1 acres.
