The case was examined and it was observed that:
1. The industry has not submit feasibility report of treatment plant. Also, RO has not submitted comments regarding the same.
2. RO has not submitted any comments regarding letter from SEIAA as earlier decided in the hearing.
3. The industry has not submitted sewer permission from concerned department for discharge of effluent into sewer.
4. The industry has not submitted any proposal for reuse of its treated effluent.
5. The industry has submitted proposal for solid waste to be used for land fill, however, it is not mentioned in the map.
6. RO has not mentioned the Competency.
May if approved, case be returned back to RO to clarify the above, please.
