Earlier, the project proponent was granted NOC/Consent to Establish for the generation of trade effluent @ 0.8 KLD to be reuse in the process after treatment. Present consent application has been applied for the generation of trade effluent @ 0.2 KLD, to be discharged onto land for plantation after ETP. The industry is required to submit reason of decrease in the effluent quantity. Further, the value of the fixed assets of the project has been increased from 58.32 lakhs to 185.20 lakhs. The project proponent is requested to submit the details of addition and also required to deposit the NOC regularization fee of Rs. 8400/-. The project proponent has also not deposited the bank guarantee of Rs. 2.0 lakhs as per decision of personal hearing dated 22.02.2024.
