Sir kindly refer to agenda note and subsequent reply to the queries submitted by AEE.
Submitted with recommendations to refuse CTE under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 for above mentioned reasons as the proposal submitted by the project proponent is not environmentally sound.
A report is being separately processed by this office on e-note considering number of houses which have already been constructed and occupied in the colony without obtaining prior CTE/ CTO of the Board.
