| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that :-
1. The consent fee of Rs. 3,60,000/- each deposited by the industry is not adequate even upto 31.03.2025. If industry wants to obtain the consent upto 31.03.2025, then industry is required to deposit Rs. 54,000/- each under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and for further period @ Rs. 84,000/- P.A. each.
2. Please deposit Rs. 5179/- in shape of Cheque/draft as Sample Testing fee-Water as requested vide this office letter No. 1179 dated 21.05.2024.
You are requested to do the needful within 2 days.
