While scrutinized the case it has been observed that the consent fee of Rs. 3,60,000/- each deposited by the industry is not adequate even upto 31.03.2025. If industry wants to obtain the consent upto 31.03.2025, then industry is required to deposit Rs. 54,000/- each under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and for further period @ Rs. 84,000/- P.A. each.
Till the above said consent fee are not deposited for the existing processes, till then your NOC for expansion (Phosphating Section) cannot be processed. You are requested to do the needful within 2 days. |
