Your application was examined at the Zonal Office level and it was found as under:-................ 1. The Department of Housing and Urban Development notification issued vide no. G.S.R. 144/P.A.11/1995/Ss.180 and 43/2021 dated 31.08.2021 circulated by the Board vide Head Office letter no. 15864-82 dated 22.07.2022, it has been specified that the population of plotted development shall be counted @ 15 persons per plot, however the project proponent has calculated the wastewater generation considering 5 persons/plot, hence the calculation of water pollution load as well as the disposal arrangements proposed by the project proponent are not adequate................ 2. The total land area of the colony is 36.3 acres having 672 residential plots, 68 EWS plots & 11 commercial plots; however no detailed calculation has been provided to ascertain the applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006....................
In view of the above it is recommended that NOC application may be returned to the applicant with advise to re-submit the same alongwith complete details reply of above observations.
