The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was found that the industry has deposited Rs. 141,000 against the fixed assets of Rs. 5,802.5 Lakhs under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate for only 3 months. The industry has increased its fixed assets Rs. 67.24 Lakhs earlier proposed and the industry is not deposited the NOC Regularization fee. You are requested to deposit the adequate fee within 2 days so that the application may be considered accordingly. |
