The project proponent has proposed STP of capacity 435 KLD, considering 15 persons/plot and has proposed 181 KLD to be used for flushing purposes by providing dual plumbing line, 40 KLD to be used for utilization for the garden purposes to be developed in an area of 0.662 acres, 90 KLD onto plantation to be developed on the road sides in an area of 1.2 acres & 180 KLD to be discharged onto the adjoining land of 1.5 acres to be developed under karnal technology, however no document of 1.5 acres land area attached with the application i.e. revenue record and registered land agreement for discharge of treated effluent in the said land area……………
If approved, show cause notice before refusal of 'consent to establish' (NOC) be issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 04.07.2024, please. |
