Show cause notice before refusal of consents to operate under provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the project proponent palace vide letter no. 3037 dated 27.06.2024 (copy attached) with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 04.07.2024.
The application is hereby forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the project proponent through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing.
