It is submitted that the HCF was visited by AEE of this office on 26.06.2024 and it was observed as under : -
1. The HCF was in operation and has installed 10 no. beds.
2. The HCF has provided different color coded buckets in its premises
3. The HCF is segregating bio medical waste as per Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
4. The HCF has maintained the record for lifting the bio medical waste to the CBWTF.
5. The HCF has provided final waste collection area from where it is disposed off to the facility which is provided with lock and key facility.
6. The HCF is discharging liquid waste after pretreatment into the MC sewer.
7. The HCF has not installed DG set in its premises.
The HCF was complying with the provisions of Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
