It is submitted that RO SAS Nagar reported that as per CA certificate the total fixed capital investment is Rs. 48.23 crores. As such, the competency to decide the application lies with the Member Secretary of the Board.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the project for 120 residential flats and 5 shops upto 31.03.2027 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
