| Clarification Note: |
Please submit/clarify the following:-
1. Trade license issued by MCJ has been submitted. However, land use pattern clearly mentioning that site falls under but type of zone as per the Master Plan with clear cut comments from Town Planning Department of MCJ that such type of unit is permissible in that type of land use zone of the Master Plan.
2. Sewrage Bill has been submitted. However, permission from MCJ is required clearly mentioning that the unit is allowed to discharge its effluent into sewer of MCJ.
