Violations reported:
1. The industry was not in operation however the condition showed that the industry is being operated............... 2. The industry has installed wet scrubber as APCD, however the same was not in line with the reactor as the APCD was found disconnected from the stack.................. 3. No carbon was found in the storage section to be filled in the bags however raw material i.e. used tyers were available at site.................
4. The industry failed to produce any record regarding procurement of raw material and no record submitted w.r.t. generation, transportation and disposal of carbon black.................
In view of above, if approved, notice u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 be issued along-with SCN for refusal of CTO under the said Acts.
