Sir, the clarification was raised to the resort regarding the resort has the resort has not submitted total green/ plantation area. The resort has not submitted any document regarding installation of STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated by them. The industry has also not submitted concrete proof of date of commissioning so as to adjudged adequacy of consent fee. The CA certificate submitted by the resort has not mentioned UDIN number. The Project Proponent is required to submit point wise compliance w.r.t guidelines prescribed by the Board for such type of units.
But, the resort has not submitted any reply till date.
