In regard to observations raised by Zonal Office, it is submitted as under:
The industry was already granted consent for medium scale red category industry under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. However, the industry has not updated scale in its profile. Now, as per CA certificate submitted by it with online application, the industry falls in large scale red category. Same has been updated in industrial profile.
Further, the industry has made expansion in machinery & building head, accordingly it has deposited requisite fee. But, the industry has not made any expansion in premises.
Submitted for approval as already recommended vide note dated 22.06.2024.
