It is intimated that the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/HSP/2022/19094972 dated 07.07.2022 valid upto 06.07.2023 for the production of Ready Made Laminate Sheet @ 2000 Nos/day from paper @ 3.5 T/day and phenol @ 2 T/day as raw material with conditions mentioned therein.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Ready Made Laminate Sheet @ 2000 Nos/day. The industry has submitted CA Certificate, completion of APCD, approved building plan, manufacturing process, earlier granted consent to establish.
The industry has deposited Rs. 55900/- vide UTR No. N271232659902913 dated 28.09.2023 and Rs. 54000/- vide UTR No. N271232659881434 dated 28.09.2023. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2028.
The industry was visited by officer of this office on 27.06.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation on trial basis. The industry has installed wood based boiler of capacity 6 TPH along with multicyclone with dust collection System as APCD and adequate stack height, 01 no. Thermic Fluid Heater @ 2000000 kcal/hr. along with multicyclone separator as APCD. The industry has installed 02 No. 500 KVA and 125 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The industry has installed 02 No. paper dryer. The industry has provided 01 No. glue mixer. The industry has installed septic tank for the utilization of domestic effluent generating @ 0.5 KLD.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the period upto 30.09.2025 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the industry shall submit the analysis report from Board's approved lab within 02 months.
