Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE..
Submitted as per above report/recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that “Consent to Establish” (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above please.
