As per the decision of the personal hearing, RO to collect the samples however, RO has not submitted any compliance in this regard.Further, RO has not clarify whether the hospital has laid proper pipeline for disposal of treated wastewater in the plantation area. Whether dual plumbing system verified by RO.Also, RO needs to mention the quantity of treated wastewater to be used in plantation area,dual plumbing system and into sewer.
EE RO Patiala may be asked to clarify the above immediately so as further action may be taken accordingly.
