It is submitted that the Industry is a Rice Sheller unit for the manufacturing of Dry/Sorted Rice @7TPH with dryer. The Industry has been granted Consent to Establish vide no. CTE/Fresh/BTI/2023/21352965 dated 17.03.2023 valid upto 16.03.2024.
The industry has deposited Rs. 10,800/- vide no. 529184432 dated 10.5.2024 & 605777086 dated 16.5.2024. The industry has also deposted Rs. Rs. 43,200/- vide no. N149243058944419 & N149243058953847 dated 28.5.2024 which is adequate upto 31.3.2028 as per the assets value 257 lacs
The industry has submitted self certification w.r.t APCDs and in principle approval for the builing plans.
To check the compliance status of the Industry, the industry was visited on 28.06.2024 and it was observed as under:-
1. The Industry was not in operation during the visit.
2. The Industry has installed separate cyclones as APCD with the shelling section and with the paddy cleaner of the dryer section with adequate stack heights.
3. The Industry has provided pucca road within the premises for the movement of vehicles.
4. The Industry has provided fresh plantations along the boundary wall within the premises.
5. The Industry has provided a windscreen (Jali) over the 10 feet boundary wall in the husk storage area.
6. The Industry has provided Septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent generated with discharge onto the land for plantation.
From the above, it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
If approved, CTO under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the to the industry with validity upto 31.3.2028.
