As per agreement submitted by the industry in clarification, it has made agreement with SPV for 2 KLD per week, however, in the application form, the industry has mentioned the generation of trade effluent @ 0.5 KLD which will become around 12 KLD in a month. Hence, the agreement seems on lower side as compared to the generation of effluent as given by the industry in the application form. The industry is required to clarify the same. Further, the industry has not submitted TDCO no.
You are requested to submit and clarify the same within 02 days positively. |
