The Report / recommendations by RO be perused. The industry has submitted letter from DTP vide letter no. 629 dated 3.7.2023 mentioning that the site of industry falls in mixed land use and work of painting / workshop/ washing is allowed in this area. The project proponent has proposed to install ETP of capacity 5 KLD. The treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation. The domestic will be discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. The plantation area 10 marlas is adequate for the utilization of effluent generated from its premises. The industry has proposed to install 01 no. DG Set of capacity 200 KVA with canopy.
May if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) be granted to the service station for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that:
1) The project proponent shall submit approved building plan from the Competent Authority before commissioning of its unit.
2) The project proponent shall not operate its unit without consent to operate the Board.
3) The project proponent shall comply with the letter DTP (H) dated 30.07.2023 issued by DTP Hoshiarpur.
