In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved:
1. Show cause notice issued for violations of the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be dropped.
2. The varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of TMT Bars, Angels & Channels @ 400 MTD may be granted upto 31/01/2025 with suitable conditions and additional conditions that:
a) The industry shall use only PNG and will not use any other fuel under any circumstances.
b) The industry shall comply with all the Rules & Regulation issued by the Board for such type of industry.
c) The industry shall maintain it's already stabilized its vehicular movement area within industry/entry/exit points, to suppress the dust emissions.
d) The industry shall install sensor/ hooting system to sensitize the labor/worker as and when there will be any leakage of gas occurs.
e) The industry shall depute skilled manpower to operate rolling mills based on PNG.
f) The industry shall ensure that it will not emit the black smoke under any circumstance.
g) The entrepreneur/industry shall obtain necessary statutory permissions /clearances from all other concerned departments.
h) The industry shall obtain NOC of the Board, if it changes any of its product/capacity of the plant.
i) The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.

In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO SGR, may if approved the varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2029 for the manufacturing for the manufacturing of Steel ingots, Special Alloy Fine Ingots, Castings etc. @ 200 MTD for operation of 02 no. Induction Furnaces, 02 no. Annealing Furnaces using PNG as Fuel and LR/VD (either of one will operate at a time) with suitable conditions and following special conditions as recommended by Regional Office please:
1. The industry shall obtain permission for abstraction of ground water from Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) and shall submit the same within 01 month.
2. The industry shall obtain NOC of the Board, if it changes any of its product or raw material or enhances its production capacity in future.
3. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent and shall not start wet process in its premises without prior written permission of the Board.
4. The industry will operate & maintain its air pollution control device (APCD), regularly and efficiently, so as to achieve the stack emission standards, consistently as prescribed by the Board/ MoEF&CC as amended from time to time.
5. The industry shall comply with the SOPs framed by the PSCST, Chandigarh to operate APCD at all the time.
6. The industry shall be liable to obtain environmental clearance as required under the EIA notification dated 14/9/2006, in case it increases its production capacity.
7. The industry shall use good quality scrap with proper size as raw material at all the times.
8. The industry shall ensure that no black smoke should be emitted from the stack of the industry at any time.
