kindly refer to agenda note and subsequent reply to the queries submitted by AEE. May if approved CTE under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 be refused without any opportunity of show cause for above mentioned reasons as the proposal submitted by the project proponent is not environmentally sound. A report is being separately processed by Regional Office on e-note considering number of houses which have already been constructed and occupied in the colony without obtaining prior CTE/ CTO of the Board. Date of receipt of application-28.05.24 Date of visit- 20.06.24 Competency- SEE ( considering project cost ) 15 days have been allocated by the Board to decide such applications. |
