• Application applied for obtaining fresh CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 under new name & style of M/s ABH Healthcare Private Limited along with copy of agreement executed with CBMWTF i.e. M/s Med Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. 01.06.2024 to 01.06.2027 for 100 bedded hospital…………..
• The visiting officer has reported that the hospital was visited on 26.06.2024 and found that the ETP-cum-STP has been installed, which was found in operationable condition. DG set installed with canopy & adequate stack height. No violation reported under the BMW Rules, 2016…………..
• In view of above, if approved, CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the HCF upto 31.03.2027, subject to the following special conditions that:-…………
1. The HCF shall comply with the Bio Medical Waste Rules, 2016……….
2. The HCF will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall ensure to maintain proper record of the effluent generated/treated…………….
3. The HCF will ensure to achieve the effluent standards prescribed by the Board at all times and will get its effluent sample from the analyzed from the Board'lab/approved lab of the Board……………
