Sir, the point wise reply of clarification raised by your good-self is as under:-
1. The old building has been dismantled, the owner is constructing the new poultry shed at the distance of 15 mtr from the road. During visit, construction of the shed was under process.
2. During visit, no bird was kept at site as it is yet to be established.
3. As poultry farm is under establishment and its boundary is also under establishment, however, at site, poultry farm has kept the distance of 10 mtr from all sides from the proposed boundary.
4. The poultry farm has been raised clarification to submit the compliance of the SoPs.
