The point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1. Surinder Singh has sold the screening plant to Amit Kumar, who has applied for fresh CTOs in the name of Sh. Amit Kumar (with change of proprietor ship). What about ownership/ sale deed authorized documents. It is submitted that the industry has submitted the Ikrarnama wherein it has mentioned that the Gurpreet Singh dated 11.11.2021 has sold the screening plant to Surinder Singh for Rs. 35.00 Lakhs (copy enclosed).
Further, Surinder Singh has sold the screening plant to Amit Kumar vide agreement dated 21.04.2022 duty notarized (copy enclosed).
Now, the industry has submitted the patanama executed between:
• Sh. Dayal Singh S/o Bhagtu S/o Labh Singh R/o Algrah, Tehsil Nangal, District Rupnagar
AND
• Sh. Amit Kumar S/o Madan Lal S/o Hako Ram R/o Village Gopalpur Tehsil Anandpur Sahib for 10 years. (E-stamp dated 19.04.2023)
2. AEE has mentioned that the industry has submitted an undertaking regarding that Sh. Amit Kumar is authorized signatory of M/s J.S Screening Plant. Clarify whether it is it partnership firm ? If yes, then get legal partnership documents. It is submitted that Sh. Amit Kumar S/o Madan Lal is sole proprietor of M/s J.S Screening Plant and it is inadvertently mentioned in the note that Sh. Amit Kumar is authorized signatory.
In view of above, it is requested that consent to operate may be granted under both Acts, as per the previous recommendations.
