1.CPCB has issued siting guidelines for hallmarking units. Regional office has not submitted any documents to confirm that the site is suitable as per said guidelines.
2. CPCB has issued SOPs for such gold assaying units. Regional office report is silent about these guidelines.
It seems that AEE concerned is not bothered about the rules and regulations of the Board and only pushing the cases.
All such are mentioned in the "Guidelines for Entrepreneurs for Compliance of Environmental Laws". But RO is not following the circulars/notification issued by the Board/Govt before sending the cases to this office.
Same problem is witnessed in other cases.
Kindly advice the concerned AEE to deal the case properly. |
