As discussed with your goodself, as per record file of the industry, it has submitted report from DTP Faridkot vide no. 1455 dated 07.08.2019 with application for obtaining Consent to Establish, relevant part of which is reproduced as under:
A(i) The site does not falls in industrial focal point or designated industrial zone.
A(ii) The site is more than 500 M away from the Urbanization Limit of Non Statutory Master Plan Dharamkot and falls within the Agriculture / Rural Zone of the Non Statutory Master Plan Dharmkot.
A(iii) The site does not fall within the Radius of 500 Meter from National Highway, State Highway, Bye-Pass and Schedule Road.
As per above said report, the site of the industry meet with siting guidelines. Further, the industry falls outside MC limit.
Further, during visit, it was observed that the industry has already installed cyclone as APCD with shelling section. Moreover, the industry has submitted a certificate issued by M/s Hard Strata Engineers & Consultants, H. No. 124, Maharaja Aggarsain Enclave, Near ITI Chowk, Barnala, as per certificate, the already installed cyclone by the industry is adequate to handle additional pollution load of the industry. As such, APCD installed by the industry is adequate for increased capacity.
