As discussed with your goodself, as per record file of the industry, it has submitted report from DTP Faridkot vide no. 1223 dated 04.07.2016 with application for obtaining consent to Establish, relevant part of which is reproduced as under:
1. ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਕਿਸੇ ਫੋਕਲ ਪੁਆਇੰਟ ਜਾਂ ਡੈਜੀਗਨੇਟਿਡ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਖੇਤਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਹੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ।
2. ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਨੋਟੀਫਾਈਡ ਲੋਕਲ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਈਟ ਨਾਨ—ਸਟੈਚੂਟਰੀ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਧਰਮਕੋਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਰਬੇਨਾਈਜੇਬਲ ਲਿਮਟ ਤੋਂ 500 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਰੂਰਲ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
3. ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਹਾਈਵੇ, ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ, ਸ਼ਡਿਉਲ ਰੋਡ ਜਾਂ ਬਾਈਪਾਸ ਤੋਂ 500 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੋ ਵੱਧ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
As per above said report, the site of the industry meet with siting guidelines. Further, the industry falls outside MC limit.
Further, during visit, it was observed that the industry has already installed cyclone as APCD with shelling section & dryer section, separately. Moreover, the industry has submitted a certificate issued by M/s Hard Strata Engineers & Consultants, H. No. 124, Maharaja Aggarsain Enclave, Near ITI Chowk, Barnala, as per certificate, the already installed cyclone by the industry is adequate to handle additional pollution load of the industry. As such, APCD installed by the industry is adequate for increased capacity.
