The point wise reply are as under:
1. The industry has closed its wet process and removed its ETP. Therefore, there is no generation of wastewater by the industry.
2. The industry has provided water curtains in its paint booth section and there is no generation of any wastewater from this process. The water is only used for re-circulation.
3. No air emission standards prescribed by the Board for paint section in which water curtains are being used so that sampling could be carried out.
4. The industry is generating only domestic effluent, onto land for plantation after treatment through STP.
5. The industry is disposing its sludge to M/s Nimbua Green Field, SAS Nagar.
6. Inspection agenda is being generated.
