To check the compliance status of the Industry, the industry was visited on 21.06.2024 and it was observed as under: 1. The Industry was not in operation during the visit. 2. The Industry has installed cyclones as APCD with the shelling section as well as the paddy cleaner of the dryer section with adequate stacks and sampling arrangements. 3. The Industry has provided pucca road within the premises for the movement of vehicles. 4. The Industry has provided fresh plantation along the boundary wall within the premises. 5. The Industry has provided windscreen (Jali) over the wall of adequate height in the husk storage area. 6. The industry has installed septic tanks for the disposal of the domestic effluent generated. From the above, it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. If approved, CTO under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry with validity upto 30.9.2028.
