It is submitted that the Industry is a Rice Sheller unit for the manufacturing of Dry/Sorted Rice @5TPH with dryer. The Industry has been granted Consent to Establish vide no. CTE/Fresh/MNS/2023/21396039 dated 18.05.2023 valid upto 17.05.2024.
The industry has deposited Rs. 42000/- vide no. 668941363 dated 21.6.2024 & 81474943 dated 21.6.2024. The industry has also deposted Rs. Rs. 5600/- vide no. 668941363 dated 21.6.2024 which is adequate upto 30.9.2028 as per the assets value 173 lacs
The industry has submitted self certification w.r.t APCDs and in principle approval for the building plans.
The industry has submitted undertaking that:I, Vinod Kumar Navetia Resident of Budhlada , Mansa, Punjab, 151502 Proprietor of M/s Har Har Mahadev and General Mills, Bareh Road, Village Ahmedpur, Budhlada, Mansa, Punjab to Hereby affirm and undertake that:-
1. I am the Proprietor of M/s Har Har Mahadev and General Mills, Bareh Road, Village Ahmedpur, Budhlada, Mansa, Punjab.
2. I Have applied for Consent to Operate under Air and Water act and was Visited by Concerned Regional Officer.
3. I have started installing the 10 feets Bricks wall and 5 feets Wind screen With adequate Length behind the Discharge Point.
4. Further We have started Stablized in the Movement area for the Movement of Goods.
5. I hereby affirm and undertake that we will complete the above mentioned work Within 15 Days and the same may anytime be verified.
The above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. and nothing has been concealed therein. You are hereby requested to kindly process and grant us consent of operate and obliged
To check the compliance status of the Industry, the industry was visited on 28.06.2024 and it was observed as under:- 1. The Industry was not in operation during the visit. 2. The Industry has installed separate cyclones as APCD with the shelling section and with the paddy cleaner of the dryer section with adequate stack heights. 3. The Industry was in process of providing pucca road within the premises for the movement of vehicles. 4. The Industry has provided fresh plantations along the boundary wall within the premises. 5. The Industry was in process of providing a windscreen (Jali) over the 10 feet boundary wall in the husk storage area. 6. The Industry has provided Septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent generated with discharge onto the land for plantation. From the above, it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
If approved, CTO under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the to the industry with validity upto 30.9.2028. |
