I have been applying for the Consent to operate under the (Water Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 since 07-04-2023.
Also I have paid the Consent Fees for 5 years to the Board.

Certificate regarding shares DEMAT submitted by the Industry (Copy attached with this reply) clearly CERTIFIES that
Punjab Dyers Association have registered 83105 SHARES on MCA portal in the name of my industry AASHISH
DYEING (Information on the portal can be verified anytime by anybody)
Certificate submitted (Copy of which is attached herein) is an authentic Certificate issued by an Company Secretary (C S)
who holds a valid License ( M No. F12307, CP No. 14807, PR No. 2073/2022) who is hired through my industry.
If the certificate submitted is different as per your perspective from the certificate submitted earlier by the other industries, I request your self to kindly provide me the approved format by Punjab Pollution Control Board so that I can get the certificate issued by CS in the same manner.
So in the light of above said facts, you are requested to please issue the VARIED CONSENT to operate under the (Water Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 of 83.105 KLD for the mean time and rest out of 150KLD (Previous Consent) or 240 KLD (As per the GNE report done by the Punjab Dyers Association officials) shall be issued when the Balance shares gets registered on MCA Portal in the name of my industry which is under process. |
