Special condition may be imposed in the consent that the brick kiln will comply with the directions /orders of the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in CWP No. 24772 of 2023 titled as The Punjab BKO Association Vs State of Punjab & Ors. from time to time regarding utilization of at least 20 per cent paddy straw pellets as fuel in its brick kiln as well as orders of the State Govt./Board regarding this from time to time, failing which consent to operate granted to the brick kiln shall be deemed to be automatically revoked/cancelled with immediate effect, please. |
