Sir, the project proponent has provided fresh water tank of capacity 20 KL on each tower from which water is being used for domestic purpose and firefighting. The project proponent has provided two separate tanks of capacity 5000 ltr each for use of effluent for dual plumbing purpose and the same is being supplied to the residents for flushing purpose.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project for 120 residential flats and 5 shops upto 31.03.2027 with subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier note.
