A special condition in the CTO to be issued to the brick kiln may be imposed that the brick kiln will comply with the directions/orders of the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in CWM No. 24772 of 2023 tiled as The Punjab Brick Kiln Association Vs State of Punjab & Ors. from time to time regarding utilization of at least 20 per cent paddy straw pellets as fuel in its brick kiln as well as orders of the State Govt./PPCB from time to time regard this, failing which CTO to the brick kiln may be revoked/cancelled without any opportunity/notice please. |
