Sir, the industry was granted 'Consent to Establish' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 25/02/2025 for setting up a unit for Job Work of Heat Treatment for manufacturing of Auto parts, motor parts, cycle parts, other machinery parts @ 5 TPD by using of Ready Auto Parts, Cycle Parts, Motor Parts, cycle parts Other Machinery Parts From customer @ 5 TPD.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
The industry has filled online application form and submitted, MOA, Process chart, latest CA certificate, Site plan location plan, compliance report of earlier granted consent, approved building plan.
The industry was visited by RO on 26.06.2024 & it was reported that:- 1. The industry was not in operation during the visit. 2. The industry has installed all the machinery proposed at the time of obtaining NOC. 3. No machinery proposed by the applicant in its application has been installed at site. 4. The industry has installed one tempering furnace, one Heat Treatment Furnace, one Shot Blasting Machine with adequate stack height. 5. The industry has installed one no. DG of capacity 250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height provided. 6. There is no source of trade effluent, only domestic effluent will be generated, which will be discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. 7. The industry has developed adequate area for disposal of domestic effluent. 8. The industry is complying with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as with NOC conditions.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2029 with suitable terms and conditions, as per the policy of the Board, please. (Category -Red, Small) (Competency-SEE)
