In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved fresh Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of 87 no. beds may be granted to the HCF upto 31/12/2026 (upto adequacy of consent fee) subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:
1. The HCF shall submit the revised permission from PWRDA for abstraction of ground water @ 1140 KL/Month within 01 month.
2. The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards as notified under Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 amended upto date and subsequent amendments, if any.
3. The HCF shall apply for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, if it increases its bed capacity.
4. There is no claim of continuation of HCF in present premises on the basis of this consent. The HCF has to comply with the zoning regulation of master plan & to be shifted from the site as and when asked by the Govt./PPCB/ or any concerned Govt. agency.
5. The HCF will renew its agreement with the CBWTF for lifting of its BMW before expiry of the same.
6. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.
