Sir, in reply to query of ZO, RO reported that the industry has recently started its operations and the water auditing shall be carried out in the due course when the industry comes in full operation. Further, the industry falls in designated industrial zone i.e. industrial estate. As per the policy of the Board, the operations of the industry could be regularized as the industry falls in designated ind zone.
If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2029 with suitable conditions, please. (Category - Red, small) (Competency - SEE), please.
