The industry has submitted water balance diagram in this office, copy of which is attached.
As per this water balance, the industry will consume 26.2 KLD( 25 KLD for washing of utensils, CIP, floor washing etc. and 1.2 KLD for domestic consumption) and there would be 25 KLD trade effluent generation and 0.6 KLD domestic effluent which would be discharged into plantation area of 0.4 acre and green belt of 0.15 acre within the premises of the industry , plantation area mapped as per reply of the industry.
Therefore, it is again recommended for grant of CTE to the industry for its establishment under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for a period of one year with suitable and special conditions as proposed by AEE please.
