It is intimated that the compliance of Environmental Guidelines of Gold assessing and hallmarking centre is already attached and again being attached for ready reference. Regarding the point no. 10 i.e., siting policy the Board has not clarified regarding the same and the application has been processed as per previous grant applications of such unit. As mentioned by Environmental Engineer, Zonal office the hallmarking centre has not submitted classification of area. May if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 be issued to the unit. |
