You are hereby afforded an opportunity of Show Cause in person before the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda in his office at District Administrative Complex, Room no. 418-E, 3rd floor, Bathinda on 04/07/2024 at 11.00 A.M to explain your position as to why further action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may not be taken against the industry, failing which, it will be presumed that the industry has nothing to say and further action under the provisions of aforesaid acts will be taken without any further notice / opportunity. |
