1. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of treatment plant. Also, RO has not submitted comments regarding the same.
2. The project proponent has not submitted letter from SEIAA regarding applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 as earlier decided in the hearing.
3. The project proponent has not submitted sewer permission from concerned department for discharge of effluent into sewer.
4. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal for reuse of its treated effluent.
5. The project proponent has submitted proposal for solid waste to be used for land fill, however, it is not mentioned in the map.
It is therefore requested to submit above said documents within 02 days.
