| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
(1) The fixed assets of the industry was Rs. 606.00 Lacs (with cost of Plant & Machinery Rs. 246.00 Lac) as on 31.03.2019. Now, the fixed assets of the industry has been increased to Rs. 2480.92 Lacs (with cost of Plant & Machinery Rs. 1946.06 Lacs) as on 31.03.2024 i.e. Rs. 1874.92 Lacs increased in total fixed assets (with cost of Plant & Machinery Rs. 1700.06 Lacs) without obtaining NOC of the Board, please clarify.
(2) The industry has not submitted the complete detail of increased machinery with Bill No/Date/Amount/Type of machinery.
(3) In light of Sr.No. (1) above, the industry is required to deposit Rs. 1,23,300/- as difference of consent fee granted to the industry upto 30.06.2024. Hence, the consent fee deposited by the industry is not adequate.
(4) The industry is required to submitted the Compliance report of NOC Conditions, if would have been obtained by the industry prior to the expansion.
